RETURN POLICY

Bandera USA is committed to providing its customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. If within 30 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Bandera USA will gladly accept returns or exchanges of your Bandera USA merchandise.

ALL SALE, WAREHOUSE SALE, PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM, AND SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

To return an item, or for an exchange, contact Bandera USA at (866) 226-3378 and obtain an RMA number.
Download and fill out the return form and include it in the box.

If you plan to return an item. for your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Bandera USA is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently and received undamaged to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less shipping charges. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
